Terms And Policy From SRM Holidays


**Payment Policy**

  • Payments must be made only to the company’s account: SRM Holidays Private Limited.
  • If payment is made to any personal account of staff, vendors, etc., the company will not be responsible for the booking.
  • 50 % Amount is to be deposited at the time of booking. Remaining Amount 7 days or earlier before the travel date.
  • Payment is accepted by cheque or through the online payment facility. Your booking confirmation number will be provided to you.
  • Transportation is provided as per the tour Itinerary only as suggested in the mail, call, or at one meeting.
  • Management of SRM Holidays reserves the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service and the time left for the commencement of the service. Apart from these, in special cases like long weekend holidays, hotel and resort bookings, during peak tourist time, full payment should be sent in advance.

 

**Tour Cancellation Policy**

  • In case you need to cancel a tour, you must inform SRM Holidays Private Limited in writing by email at contactus@srmholidays.in.. You should mention the reason for your cancellation. We will levy the following amounts based on the arrival date of your letter.
  • 10% cancellation charge if the tour is cancelled 21 days before the tour.
  • 50% cancellation charge if the tour is canceled 15 days before the tour.
  • 75% cancellation charge if the tour is canceled 7 days before the tour.
  • No refund if the tour is canceled 72 hours before.
  • In case of peak tourist season, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Summer & Winter vacations, Holidays, or long weekend dates, the cancellation policy may vary according to hotels/ or service providers’ cancellation policies. We will communicate the same to you in that case via email or WhatsApp.

Note:

  • We will levy a minimum cancellation charge of 10% of the total cost on all cancellations.
  • A special cancellation charge/ policy is applicable for special tours.
  • In case there is a cancellation at the starting of the tour, a refund will be limited to the amount recovered.

**Refund Policy**

  • If eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed and credited to your original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 7-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • The customer might have to bear the bank charges.
  • No refund will be provided in case of missed services like meals or hotel rooms.
  • Non-refundable in the case of changes to services during ongoing tours.

**Limitations and Liabilities Policy**

  • Please note that after the tour cost is finalized, if there is any hike in the entrance fees of historical monuments, museums, taxes, fuel costs, and tour guide charges by the Govt of India, the same charges would be charged as extra
  • We act in the capacity of agents for hotels, transporters, and contractors who provide other services. All exchange orders, receipts, tickets, and contracts issued by us are issued as per the terms and conditions under which these services are provided by them.
  • All tour itineraries are sample itineraries that are intended to give you a general idea and schedule of the tour. Many unforeseen factors such as weather, road conditions, storms, traffic conditions, and physical conditions of the traveler may affect changes in itinerary before the tour or trail. Therefore, we reserve the right to change any schedule or itinerary in the interest of participants’ safety, well-being, and comfort.
  • Our rates are based on the existing current rates as determined by us with the hotels, airlines, etc. Airlines and hotels might retain the right to modify/ change the rates without any prior notice. In this case, we might change the rates quoted before the changes, as per the alterations made by the airlines or hotels. All the hotel bookings are generally based on the check-in/ check-out timings unless indicated in the tour itinerary.
  • We will not be held responsible for any delays or alterations in the programs or expenses incurred due to natural hazards, weather changes, flight cancellations, breakdown of machinery, accidents, sickness, breakdown of transport, landslides, political closures, or any such unforeseen incidents.
  • We will be not held responsible for any loss or damage to person or property in connection with any type of accommodation, transportation, or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any act of GOD, fire, theft, breakdown of machinery or equipment, strikes, riots, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, pilferages, breakdown of transport, or things that are beyond our control.
  • We do not have any insurance policy which covers accidents, sickness, loss by theft, or any other reasons. All our guests are requested to requested to take insurance in their home country. All the baggage and the personal property of the customer are the client’s responsibility at all times, and they shall bear the risk of damage or loss.
