Day 01: Arrive in Jaisalmer City and enjoy a full-day tour. Stay overnight in Jaisalmer.
Day 02: Continue exploring Jaisalmer City until 3 p.m. Next, drive to the Sam Sand Dunes and stay overnight there.
Day 03: After breakfast, check out and visit the Tanot and Longewala border, returning to Jaisalmer by evening.
Day 04: Check out after breakfast and explore Jaisalmer until departure in the evening..

Detailed Itinerary

Day 01 Jaisalmer City Sightseeing Tour

Upon your arrival in Jaisalmer, our driver will pick you up from your hotel, the airport, or the railway station. This driver will accompany you throughout your three-day tour. Later in the afternoon, you will check into the hotel. Following that, you’ll enjoy a half-day sightseeing tour of Jaisalmer, which includes visits to:

– Vyas Chhatri: A memorial built in honor of great scholars.
– Gadisar Lake: A picturesque artificial Lake surrounded by temples and ghats.
– NK Sharma Puppet Show: An entertaining and cultural experience showcasing traditional Rajasthani puppetry.

In the evening, around 5-6 p.m., your driver will drop you at your Jaisalmer hotel or another destination of your choice.

We Usually Recommend: Take a Last Drop off at Gadisagar Lake so that You can Enjoy the Laser Light & Sound Show in the evening. Which Starts at 6:00 p.m to remains till 8:00 p.m

Day 02 Jaisalmer Fort & Thar Desert Camping

Today, After Breakfast, check out from Jaisalmeer Hotel. Your sightseeing will begin with a visit to the renowned Golden Fort of Jaisalmer, recognized for its beautiful heritage Havelis, including Patwan ki Haveli and Salim Singh Haveli. You will also have the opportunity to explore the Gandhi Market. After lunch, the journey will take you to the Sam Sand Dunes, located about 45 km from Jaisalmer, approximately a 60-minute drive. The activities for the day include:

Check in at your pre-booked desert camp.
Enjoying a desert safari tour along with a sunset view at Sam Sand Dunes.
Experiencing a traditional Rajasthani musical dance program at the desert camp.
Savoring a complimentary buffet dinner.

Get ready for an amazing experience at the dunes! Later, you will spend the night at the Desert Camp, surrounded by the enchanting desert landscape.

Day 03 Jaisalmer to Tanot Longewala Border Same Day Tour

After enjoying breakfast this morning, we will check out of our desert camp. Tour journey begins as we drive straight to the Tanot and Longewala Border, a distance of about 2.5 hours by car from Jaisalmer.
Once we arrive at Longewala, we will have the opportunity to explore the fascinating sights, including the war museum that commemorates the battles fought in this historic area.
Visit the Tanot Mata temple, located near the India-Pakistan border and close to the Longewala battle site from the 1971 Indo-Pakistani War. Folklore suggests that the blessings of Tanot Mata helped the Indian forces win the battle. The temple attracts both pilgrims and history lovers and offers a unique mix of spiritual and historical experiences in a beautiful setting.
After lunch, we will drive back to Jaisalmer, which is about 130 kilometers from Longewala. This drive will take around 3 hours and will show us beautiful landscapes along the way.
Later evening, stay overnight in Jaisalmer Hotel.

Day 04 Full Day Jaisalmer Excursion with Departure

After breakfast today, you will check out of the Jaisalmer Hotel. You have the option to visit Kuldhara, an abandoned village in the Jaisalmer district of Rajasthan.
Then, head to Bada Bagh, a serene garden complex with royal cenotaphs that beautifully reflect the region’s heritage.
You may also explore the War Museum, which highlights Rajasthan’s military history.
Take a look at Mandir Palace, showcasing stunning Indo-Saracenic architecture. If time allows, wander through the bustling local market for unique handicrafts and souvenirs.
At the end of your tour, you will be transferred to the railway station or the airport.
